Instructions
Apply the brow and eyelash serum morning and night before applying the serum and cream to a pre-cleaned and dry area of the brow and lash line. Apply a thin layer of serum.
If irritation occurs, rinse immediately, discontinue use and consult a physician. Apply only to intact skin. First, do a tolerance test.
