Wash your feet with warm water and dry them well. Remove and unfold the socks from their packaging. Apply the socks to your feet making sure they fit snugly around your heels. For greater comfort, it is recommended to wear thick socks over the exfoliating sock. Leave the product for 60 minutes and remove. Rinse with lukewarm water.
