Shake well before use, then apply a small amount of foam to the application glove (not included). Start at the calves and work your way up in gentle circular motions. To avoid streaking at the knees and elbows, bend these areas during application. Finally, apply the rest of the foam with the glove to the backs of the hands, fingers and tarsals.
Leave the foam on for 1 hour for a light tan, 2 hours for a medium tan and 3 hours for a deep tan. During this time, avoid contact with water or applying other products to the skin. Then rinse the product with lukewarm water without using soap, shower gel or shampoo.
To ensure a professional tan, use a body scrub 24 hours prior to application. Use cream to moisturize dry areas of the skin, such as heels or elbows.
